Day was a trifle wet at times which made for a greasy track. No doubt aggravated by rubber dust left over from the Revival Meeting. Annie Boursot had an "off" with Hamish's PA and car is a bit bent - front axle, missing headlight etc. Thankfully Annie appeared to be unhurt and was as perky as ever. Full report awaited from Hamish n due course. Be wise not to visit Rcckes Barn for a while to allow all the damaged cars there to be repaired.

It was a pretty impossible experience. The early cars out after lunch really had it tough. Annie was in the 1st batch that went into the unknown. 3 of that 5 coming to grief. Whilst the track dried a little as things went on, it was very unpredictable and grip levels very different at each corner. The second half of the circuit was an ice rink.

Here's my onboard footage of my timed lap. Nervy, Slow and wobbly! 22 secs slower than my practise run!

We were at Goodwood yesterday with MG's on Track, it looks like we had the better day, the track was in great condition. No offs because of the track.

Colin Murrell's pictures are a news item on the main club website today - and a new feature planned there too with Colin.

All MMM promotion is good for the MMM Register and MMM Racing causes, but I wasn't expecting to see that on the website :)
