Well yes I do Dick.
It is a way off yet - Sat 7th May 2016 all day here in Herts 6 miles west of Stansted Airport.
We have a talk and film show day with BBQ lunch and afternoon tea & cakes devoted entirely to MG.
Mike Allison will be guest speaker talking about his life with MG and we will have plenty of archive films.
We would encourage the audience of 90 to come in MGs for a display on the lawns outside the hall.Any other ideas or displays etc welcome.
Full details and bookings will open in Febuary all welcome.

Would you please let me have the details in an off loine message and I will put something together for the website.
Nick Feakes is currently working on a tweak for the events section of the website, the intention being to replace the current text format with a live calendar in which dates with events will be highlighted to make them easier to pick out. As we often say - 'bear with us and watch this space - we're only really a bunch of volunteers!'

Early reminder
I am running an MG history themed day of films and talks with Mike Allison and Graham Robson 3 hrs of archive films here in East Herts on all day Saturday 7th May 9.30am - 5.00pm inc 2 course lunch and afternoon tea and cakes. at £30ea
All triple M members are welcome and it would be nice to see a big display of MGs on the lawns outside the Hall.Email or pm me to be put on the newsletter database for details.

Former manager of BMC competitions dept at Abingdon, MG car club 'Safety Fast' magazine editor Peter Browning will be the afternoon speaker in company with broadcaster & writer Graham Robson at the MG day East Herts Sat 7th May.
email back to register interest. Great if you can come in a triple M car.

Due to family illness sadly Peter Browning has had to withdraw - but he will be replaced by former Abingdon and BLMC Competitions manager Bill Price.
So Mike Allison , Graham Robson and Bill Price. ( all of which have written books on MG , Abingdon and the Competitions dept) all day talk with archive MG films and lunchtime barbecue. Saturday 7th May.
Email me if interested in coming along. Do come in your MGs to go in the display line up on the lawns here in East Hertfordshire.
