If you are offended by the prospect of a J being fitted with hydraulic brakes, look away now!I have a nice set of Hornet Special 12" brakes for use in my J rebuild but they are missing the wheel cylinders. I would very much appreciate any leads to track down a set or perhaps there is an alternative suitable part. The cylinders are 1" bore I believe. The 1.250" bore cylinders are available used but it seems they will not fit inside the Special's drum.

I use Morris 8 in P type 12" drums; these are 7/8" and fit a treat. They are also available new.

TC front wheel cylinders are a direct replacement . cheers Geoff
