A couple of months ago I was contacted by the only other J1 Salonette owner (presently 6 years in to restoration with a new body and about half done Chris ......... I have lost all his details if he could contact me again Thanks.

Hi Richard, the chap who you need is Chris Wallis. We started on our journey to restore both his J1 salonette and my D-type salonette together.
Chris doesn't do too much online stuff but he can be contacted via clwallis39@hotmail.co.uk ... I wouldnt hand his phone number without his permission though ... if you need to contact me I'm on cblood@thebloods.fsnet.co.uk
