My F1 has a Jaeger 2" "Maltese Cross" oil pressure gauge which is in good working order but after an extensive engine rebuild I would prefer a suitable period 2" "normal gauge", white numbers on black, of 160 psi or 100psi if 160 not available. I do have a spare near new TC 160psi gauge which I presume I could have a white on black face put on(with suitably styled needle pointer) but I would prefer to keep it as is for my TC. Does anyone have one or know where I can obtain one? Barry |

Hi Barry, what ever you do, do not let your maltese X guage go easily. They are extremely rare and can/could fetch £300-£400 because of the rariety. Please keep it with the car even if you do find what else you want.

Yes Mike I can sort you one out aswell. If you email me on Claudia_louise17@hotmail.com. If I had a MAUTEASE cross I'd keep it in the pannel then put a T piece in the pipe Leading to the MAUTEASE gauge then fit one of these gauges either in the dash or hanging off a bracket just below the dash. |

Mike Greg's email address is Claudia underscore louise17@hotmail.com (without any gaps). The underlining of email addresses hides the underscore (_) Nick

Hello Chris, Thanks for the advice but I plan to keep the "Maltese Cross" gauge so that any future owner could return it to the car if they chose. Cheers, Barry. |

Greg, I have sent you two emails accepting your offer and I am assuming that you received them as I have not had an "undeliverable" message. As I am still having minor issues with my internet I thought that as a "belt and braces" approach I would also go through the MMM Forum! Cheers, Barry |
