I've just unearthed some photos of M Type GJ 3066, mentioned elsewhere here under "ARCHWAY ENGINEERING MANCHESTER" which is locked. It was clearly part way through a restoration and wasn't a runner due to lots of obviously missing bits. Is this car known to the register and is anyone interested in my old photos probably taken by my father in the '80s?

That thread is locked because it has been archived. Please feel free to start a new topic and share the pictures, they will always then be available to future members.

Mark, M-type pictures are always of interest to M-type owners in particular and great for the archive.

There is a fair chance that this car is still around. It is chassis number 2M1543. MMM Number 871. Shown in the 2012 List of Cars as being owned by N Cormack OBE, but not shown in more recent Lists.

As Colin correctly says it is 2M1543, but it has not been heard of for a number of years!
Some pictures would be good on the forum, or they would be gratefully received by the register, and I will forward them to the owner when he is found!

Thanks for the replies. I'll get into the 20th century and scan them in and post here under a new thread. A Google search doesn't come up with anything useful for N Cormack OBE (yet)

Most of us M-type owners are still in the 20th century - whilst, sadly, the rest of the planet has moved on to the 21st.
