For those who don't know me, I'm Tom Wilson, in Zionsville Indiana USA, a longtime MG enthusiast. I started Kimber Creek Ltd. a few years ago, working towards supplying interior trim and weather equipment for MMM and T series.
I'm pleased to announce that in late June, Kimber Creek acquired the assets of Wm. M. Collingburn Coachtrimmers, including all materials and patterns. Kimber Creek will carry on the tradition of high quality set by the Collingburns during their years of dedication to the MG enthusiast market.
The shipping container should be here by the end of July. Unpacking, organization, and setting up in the new workspace will take a bit of time. Website will go up in August, and regular shipments should start in October. The plan is to have a standard delivery time of 90 days or less.
Extensive time and research has been done to match original interior colors and materials. I've worked with Connolly Brothers for leather, delving into their archive to find exactly what they originally supplied MG; their first leather production run for me is complete. Dark Maroon, Cerulean Blue, Regency Red, Apple Green, and Vellum Beige (T car era color) will be our stock colors, with other colors available on special order. Matching vinyls (aka PVC or leatherette) in an appropriate weight and firmness are also on order, scheduled to arrive soon.
Carpets and weather equipment will also be available, though custom fitting a hood for you may be problematic - unless you're near Indiana!
So - the entire pattern library compiled by Mike Collingburn is in safe hands, and the market can continue to be served.
Let me know if you have questions. Meanwhile, I'll keep you posted with updates.

This is correct but so there is no confusion. Tom has bought assets only and I, James Collingburn continue to trade as an independent upholsterer specialising in interiors for MMM 2 str I no longer cater for T-Types and later models.
This allows me to focus solely on pre T-Type models of MG and whatever else comes my way. Also to develop more general products like the the tool rolls and oilcans into other markets.
Once I have completed my current jobs on order I will be able to make and supply seats etc for MMM 2 seaters within 4 weeks of confirming your order etc. No more ridiculously long waiting times. My father Mike who started this over 40 years ago has fully retired.
Best of luck to you Tom and great that MG owners now have more choice. Godspeed, James.
Regards James Collingburn |

Good stuff Tom! Nice to know its available in the US. Makes it convenient too, for we Canuk owners of T-Series MGs.
For a complete offering, now maybe you can wrestle the looms from Heritage Upholstery & Trim in Vancouver BC. They are making the original jute-backed Karvel carpets for the T. See http://www.heritagetrim.com/mg/ .
