Dear members, does anybody know where I can get one of those exhaust manifolds fabricated? According to Barry Foster Dave Tyler could do it, but I got no contact data, phone or email address.
Is there another company which could do it?
Thank you for your help.

I want one of those as well! Andy King shows them on his website but not interested in selling them. I also want a downdraught inlet manifold

It's also worth trying Maniflow in Salisbury. They made up a s/s twin box system for my Z Magnette while I waited, but they do LCB manifolds too. www.maniflow.co.uk

I have used Exhausts by Design, Tingewick, for the exhaust on both my L2 and MGB GT V8 - the standard is excellent.

The details should be in the suppliers section of this web site.

No connection, just a satisfied customer.

I found an exhaust specialist who could make one of these but " to be honest you probably won't notice much difference". I showed him photos of several designs and the only one he approved of was the full-flow one as used by Frank Ashley.
I'm told the inlet manifold can be a modified A7 one. From what I've read it would seem there is no performance benefit in a vertical carb - it's a matter of practicality; with an 'exit through the bonnet side exhaust' there is no option. But they look impressive!

I also need a Derrington exhaust manifold. I used to have one, together with semi-downdraught twin SU's to fit an M-Type but the exhaust disappeared during a flat move in 1965. I still have the SU's and the inlet manifold. John
