Yes, expression of wishes but everything goes into trust so the trustees oversee the distribution (loan or gift) to avoid any 'undue leverage' from any of the beneficiaries, and limit the risk of any key asset departing should there be a divorce.

Dick, yes. We often prepare wills with such statements. particularly when it comes to possessions that are not real-estate or financial items. I refrain from listing rings, cars, stamp collections etc. in the body of the will as these items change from time to time. But sometimes a specific request is included.
