I have today received my copy of the magazine, in the sport news page there is a small piece titled Octagons head for Donnington.

It makes mention of our cars racing and has a picture of John Gillett racing K3030.

Well done Mark.

Apologies if this has been posted previously, but also worthy of a mention here for those who had not seen - have a read of Page 7....

yup good start to the year. Lots of learning about marketing and publicity but the press release (even with a few bloopers) has had the desired affect. Great support from MGCC, including increased presence on Website and Race Retro.

All good for Sponsors and Partners...every little helps!

Makes it very easy for MGCC and VSCC to accommodate our races when we bring publicity and numbers to the grid!

Next week, we hope to open MGCC entries...so it will now be down to the racers to do their bit!

The T Type racing fraternity within the MGCC could learn a lot from you MMM guys and girls racing I remember watching large T Type Grids, but that was oh so long ago now (I was brought up with Dad's TC)

We own J4129, the J2 that was raced by Dudley Cottingham, with a second class JCC award at Brooklands in 1935 . Does this mean that once our J2 is restored, we would be able to include it in this type of event?

You can go racing with any car you like, Chris, history or not, provided you pass the necessary tests of course ...
