Does anyone have a source for a new/nos/used but working brake switch for a J2? Putting the finishing touches to a lengthly rebuild of J2621. Car is based in Singapore. Many thanks in advance.

If by ‘brake switch’ you mean ‘brake light switch’ I think you’ll find that the J2 didn’t have one originally. That said, there is a variety of ones suitable for fitting in the undertray - this for example: https://www.autoelectricsupplies.co.uk/mobile/product/185/category/38

Thanks Simon. Exactly what I was looking for. I've ordered the part from Autoelectricsupplies. Helping us keep our cars running in the jungles of Asia. Much appreciated.

The T51...Of course. A great 'barn find' for you. It's featured in an upcoming book on the history of motor sport in South East Asia (and HK).
