I've just rebushed my carb throttle spindle holes and note the disc can go back in one of two ways. Can someone please let me know if, looking at the spindle from the side where the leaver is attached, the throttle opens in a clock or anti clock direction. It's the leaver that is confusing - there are two stop screws and I don't know which sets the tick over and which the max opening.
"............ looking at the spindle from the side where the leaver is attached, the throttle opens .........." anticlockwise. "...... the leaver has two stop screws......." the upper leg of the lever sets the tick over and the lower leg may have a screw to set 'wide open throttle' (WOT)! You can see this in the diagram for the OM carburretor on the Burlen website http://www.burlen.co.uk/partList.aspx?carID=10700. Hope this helps.
