I have just uploaded the file for this car which has extensive Irish Racing history including an outright victory in the 1950 Leinster Trophy race driven by long term owner Pearse Cahill.

The car spent a short time in the USA but was brought back to Ireland for the 75th Anniversary of the Ards TT races and then offered for sale.

I wonder where the car is now? It would make a fantastic entrant in the Triple-M racing calendar.

George, as far as I know the car is still with Ed Cassidy in Ireland although it, or something very like it, was seen to be lurking in the background of a photo Andy King posted offering a new J block for sale - see https://www.triple-mregister.org/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=16966&SearchTerms=Iona,special
