Mark,
I got that a few times last night and it seemed to be related to not correctly selecting the drop down address fields. And when you go back to redo it, you’ll find other fields are now empty. It took me about four goes to get it to work! You’ll know if you got it right as you’ll get a confirmation email.

Sorry it has not worked Chris, email me and I can advise how to get a copy.
The system works, 98% of the time, its very difficult if not impossible to see why it fails for some of you as I see no logging data.
It could be a browser problem as I managed to recreate a blank screen of failure earlier this year, this was using a older browser when a newer one on my pc worked, this problem was resolved.
I know It does not help any of you order stuff if you get a blank screen, but if you just email me with details, I can help and you can even use Paypal. If you log into your Paypal account directly, you can just transfer the amount due to the Library account.
Hope not too long winded a reply, but happy to help if you ask.

Tried again
1st try - on review order - Critical Wordpress error
2nd, Completed no issue.
Tried 4 more times with various changes to try to replicate issue, but all successfully went to PayPal stage ( I stopped then so i didnt order 4 more)
A strange one I m afraid Rich!
