Dear all I am looking for an original manual "Supplementary Instructions for the MG Magnette K3 Racing Model". It is the manual that is illustrated with pictures and has 8 pages. I have attached 3 pictures of the cover page and page 1 and page 8. Thank you very much for an offer. Best regards, Roland

Dear Chris
Unfortunately Ray only has a photocopy, no original manual. So my search continues.
Cheers, Roland |

Hello,Roland.
I’ve just heard back from Ray thanks very much.
For the record I have a photo copy of the booklet. I wonder how many original copies exist!
Regards,
Chris |

Hello Roland, to avoid confusion with those “Supplementary Instructions for the MG Magnette K3”, you perhaps know, that two versions are existing.
On the link, which Michael Carr has shown, both versions can be seen one after another.
The one, showing pictures, obviously is the earlier one from 1933, and it seems, that the pages have sometimes been incorporated into the K-type workshop Manual.
The later one (with the same title) has no pictures in it, and seems to be for the 1934 model, and it was a bound booklet. (Interestingly in that 1934 one, a short note about max. revolutions, has been written in French language.)
Years ago of that 1934 version, quite a lot of good copies have been sold.
But clearly you are looking for the early version, and I wish you good luck. Gerhard

Dear Gerhard
Yes there are 2 versions, one version has no pictures and is dated August 1934 on the front cover. I was able to buy this version (without pictures) a few years ago.
Now I am still looking for the version with the pictures. On page 6 of the manual there is a photo of a slab tank (1933 K3 Mille Miglia model). I don't know which date this manual is from but it is easy to distinguish because it has pictures.
I wish you a Merry Christmas and stay healthy. Kind regards, Roland
