Hi colin.... I do'nt think there will be many Triple M'ers this year... the changed date moves it too close to Silverstone and Brands to have achieved huge support... The day is happening with MGonTrack, plenty of MGs but not the Triple M gang this time..... Sorry about that...

from memory, from the website entry list, there is one J2 entered and a (non MMM) TC as well.

Not sure what Goodwood's policy on visitors is though

Sorry. I cant edit my post above. for "visitors" I meant (non participating) spectators.
I'm guessing even trackdays are bound by MSUK rules and a pre-registration of attendees etc etc.

Thanks everybody for the information, which is much as I expected. Calendar too full of "proper" competitive events. As to "spectators" I read somewhere (possibly Goodwood's own website or "M.G.s on Track") that friends and relatives were welcome. If the weather is moderately favourable, I will probably pop down to see what is going on. Any excuse to avoid tending to the garden !

Amazing day on Saturday in the sunshine. Some great performances from the MGs as well of a rather large number of issues!
Lost of work this week for many to get ready for Brands.
Probably just been too long sat in damp garages over the last year so a good shake down event
Hopefully Colin can post a few pics on here.

Nice pix Colin! .... do you know if anyone shot any video?
Would have loved to have been there to see what it's all about, but sadly no spectators allowed :-(

I think Ross is after the blue lightening bolt that terrorised the Grid on the way to victory Col

Unfortunately it didn’t have an MG badge! Fine drive though!

Yes It does go rather well and also handles like a dream. A lot of hard work help from some very kind people to get it where it is now. Just a but gutted that Dad never got to see it go that well.
