Teifion, I am not sure whether you are aware that The Hawke Book of MMM Competition Cars (available from the MMM Library) is an updated version of the original K3 Dossier. It is without any pictures but otherwise it contains a great deal of information on K3s and many other MMM models, including your own J4. Well worth adding to your book shelf, methinks. Colin B. |

Thanks Colin, I have the Weissman book which is as you say a fine update of the dossier.

Where can the story of K3751 and K3752 be found?
Thanks,

Thank you Chris. I see now that the two cars are indeed listed in the Hawke/Wiessmann book. K3752 is mentioned in the record of K3008, sparking interest if not an understanding of where to look for more on it.

Hi John,
K3751 and K3752 were the first two K3s built. In the book, both are therefore the first to appear in the chapter on the K3. In the latest edition of June 2020, K3751 is listed on page 165, K3752 follows on pages 166 and 167. As the size of the book has increased over the years, both vehicles appeared a few pages before in earlier versions. Please just look at the beginning of the K3s.
Regards, Karl |

It's a great book, Karl, and it just keeps getting better. My ignorance is not criticism.
