Being inspired by the recent Amilcar destruction and K butchery I was wondering if it can easily be done the other way around?
I have a J1 chassis and most 4 seater parts but does anyone know of a salonette body ever removed and now in store? With all specialist parts needed I do not have the ambition (or patience) to build one from scratch but it would be a shame to let a good body go to waste.
So if you have or know of a suitable body let me know. Given the delicate sentiments surrounding this topic all tips will be considered and dealt with completely confidential.
good day Onno, you'll know there are a few of us who have stepped out and ventured into rebuilding salonette bodies. It really is a commitment for a number of years for sure but can be easier if you start with a reasonably complete body. I cant give you any leads but I know they are out there, so good hunting. Need any advice, help and or key parts direction do let me know
