Around 1960 my J2 2739 and J2 3020 were stable mates and both cars had work carried out on them. The then owner inadvertently fitted the guarantee plate from 3020 to 2739. I assumed the guarantee plate from 2739 was fitted to 3020. I have tried to trace the owner on several occasions but with no luck.
Recently I have been informed by a reliable source that J2 3015 was involved and the the guarantee plate from 2739 was still on J2 3015 in June 1979?
The car is listed in the Triple M register 2020, with the last recorded change of owner in August 1987.
If you are or know of the current owner of J2 3015, would you be kind enough to contact me?

3015 was a Lancashire copper's car first, then allegedly spent time in America and now looks to be in Australia with a Mr Cather. This name might ring a bell with any of the Aussies on here?
