My sister wishes to urgently purchase a purpose made or suitably sized quality cloth dust cover for their J1 which as most will know is a similar size to a P type 4 seater. Can anyone possibly recommend a company who can rattle off a midget 4 seater style cover. There is a sense of urgency as she cannot think of whatelse to purchase for her husband to be's quickly approaching birthday which is literally days away!!

The following company will supply you with a superb dust cover (+ storage bag) any size you want :Metex (Darwen) Ltd, Wood street Mill
Darwen BB3 1LS . They are a real quality item but not fitted. Mine cost 32 pounds in 1990. Good Luck. Rich

I took my M down to Throughbred covers in Leeds and they made a cover to fit the actual car - rather than producing a standard one. result pretty good.

May be too late for Richard but recently I needed some indoor car covers. I searched the interweb and found various good ones and their specifications. I then went to a car show where CarBuilderSolutions.co.uk (tel: 01580 891309) has a special offer on good quality indoor cars covers reduced to ú10! The same price for small, medium and large. I bought 2 large ones and it is really too big for a P type, but I am not complaining for the quality and price. So if anyone else is looking for an indoor cover, if Car Builders Solutions have any more, the small ones should be OK for a 4 cylinder Triple-M car. They had more of these than the other sizes!
