What a tremendous race weekend that was ! A wonderful time of Triple M racing and friendship.
Despite losing a couple of the team with post Silverstone woes, no less than 25 cars took to the track on Sunday, a splendid sight and sound indeed. (Had we have had our overseas racers and friends we would have topped 30 cars.....)
Two super races followed with history recording the following;
The Mary Harris Trophy race- Sponsored by Baynton Jones Historic Motorsport.
1st H'cap and winner of the Mary Harris Trophy -Nigel Stroud -J2
1st Overall and winner of the Kimber Trophy - Oliver Sharp- N Type 2nd Overall Tony Seber -Wolseley Hornet 3rd Overall Harry Painter - PA
Driver of the race - Oliver Sharp - N type
Triple M Challenge Race. 1st - Oliver Sharp - N type 2nd - Harry Painter - PA 3rd - David Seber - Wolseley Hornet Driver of the race - Andrew Long - N Type
In an embarrassment of success Oliver Sharp was also awarded 'Driver of the Meeting - Sunday' by the MGCC
Well done to those above and the various class winners. But, equally well done to all of the racers and support teams for creating such a great paddock full of enthusiasm and friendship.
Congratulations to Mark Baulch and the MGCC team for a very well organised event, great work.
Looking forward to VSCC Cadwell Park - 19th June where we will have a Triple M race, and hopefully spectators !
See you there !!

Looks to have been a fantastic event - us poor spectators have really missed out?
Well done to all.

Well deserved wins and well done for all flying the flag.
To bad the MGCC streamed all other MG races but not this one, room for improvement from them ;)

Hi Steve They where streamed through the MGCC facebook page, but only the post war races. I am sure Duncan will arrange full triple M coverage for the next time ;)
