Does anyone have a decent J2 gearbox casing or possibly a whole gearbox as I've just broken my casing!

If you have no success replacing this, EMP Tooling, Havant do extensive Laser Welding. . Tel: 023 9249 2626. Good luck, Nick.

Hi, Colin,
I have a spare casing (I forget which number is stamped on it - probably not an original J2 unit) but am in the States so it would be spendy to ship to you. You should be able to find one there. Have you tried to search for older postings?

Hi Colin,
if you still have no success, I have an incomplete Wolseley Hornet box that has a good housing which appears identical to the MG. I was intended to advertise it sometime, but may be willing to split it.email me off line if it would be of interest.
