I am still hoping to find a sound original (not new) boss for a Bluemel's steering wheel.

Sam, have you tried contacting any of the steering wheel restoration shops in the event they have one that has been replaced in favor of a spanking new one?

I have my old wheel excess. The leather cover could no longer hold the crumbling plastic rim. Exactly what do you seek?

Dan's hub would have been just right but with shipping and customs charges it would be uneconomical to return it to the UK.
I am still hoping that something will turn up.
