I am looking for a complete horn in good condition for my L1. Does anybody have an original one for L1, including the braket and the cover?
Thanks, Jörg

Any chance? Looking also for information, which type was originaly on a L1; production company name, no., type, picture please, thank you. Also a complete one to rebuild would be an option.
Thank you, Jörg

I asked Taff the horn the same question and he advised that the HF319 would be correct. These were Lucas's offering for '33 and '34 (the HF 318 6 or 12V being black rimmed). I think the 317 was made for 6V cars? For a '34-36' car the HF934 was fitted (HF935 being black rimmed). Not sure what the 6V option was for these years. Surely lots of parts interchanging went on I and stand to be corrected.

Some pics to assist dismantling. The diaphram is threaded.
