It would have been about 1969 I knew a chap called Ian Ford who lived off Mays Lane High Barnet . He had a J2 painted orange and subsequently a shade of aubergine . He also had a rather cracking girl friend called Yvonne who would often use the car to take her to Pinewood studios for film work. I recall that on one occasion the car got shunted up the rear by an A30 . The last I saw of it was in his back garden looking rather forlorn . I lost touch. I have a profile pic of the car (or rather Yvonne in the car !) somewhere but no registration . Can anyone shed some light
