Latest barn find mmm unearthed last week in Cardiff.
A 1934 MG PA Tourer no. 1565 and unknown to the Register. This car, until last week, had not rolled an inch in 53 years. It was missing its radiator, carbs, undertray, number plate rear brackets, front apron and central lubrication system, otherwise 100% complete and original including full weather equipment and starting handle!
If anyone would like to offer a barn find condition undertray and front apron, plus rear number plate brackets then it would be great to complete tge jigsaw. Rad and carbs are hopefully sorted

On the assumption that the Brkts are the same as N types I can offer a good pair to you also a pair of carbs if you get stuck |

Many thanks indeed Nick !
P type Rad / cowl, front apron and gearbox undertray now located and thanks to all those enthusiasts with offers to assist.
Now just looking for a pair of tourer rear registration plate brackets if anyone has some. According to Tommm, N are different.
Any assistance much appreciated to make this barn find tourer once again absolutely complete
Thanks
Rich

I had the same problem when I restored my PB 4-seater. This photo is from a PA 4-seater license plate brackets, restored in Switzerland in the eighties before imported to Sweden. I can take some photos and measurements on my brackets on wednesday.

The ones I have look identical . Will take a photo with dimensions . Neither the parts list for the P nor the N list this item oddly. Can't see why they shoud be different? |

further examination of the respective parts lists reveal that I think these items were described as hood rests . P type part nos b252 122 and 123 and n type b255/111 and 112
