Does anyone know the whereabouts J 2714 (road plate YY 4), the ex W.F. Smith trial & rally car? I've just had a couple of nice photos of this car in the 6 Day Trial in '33 from Pete Thelander and I rang Mike Rogers who had the car only to find he sold it in '05 and doesn't know where it is now (wish folk would tell us when they sell cars).

I would like to send copies of these photos to whoever has the car now.

Hello Bob,

Sorry to see that you are "retiring" from your post. During your time as Registrar you have always been most helpful and enthusiastic and I for one have appreciated your service. Thanks.

As for YY4, if you have a spare 30 grand (Sterling) it can be yours.
