I have a Distributor that I think is correct for my PB and it is in good condition.
Before I regard it as "Good" can anyone verify the numbers for me.

Bearing in mind the label is held on with 2 grub screws and could have been swapped, the body has a neat ventilation window and a nickle plated oiler spigot.
The base plate has a flat side and every thing looks correct, fits the engine and has the correct advance/retard mechanism.
I admit that the "innards" could have been altered, however the correct ID would be a good starting point.
My dizzy is DK4A-0 404291 model # BN301 04658. I'm not sure it's from a P type so I think I will be going the Bosch 009 way. This came with a few P type parts including the block and it was fitted to this engine for many years before I bought it so I guess it will work but, many people have converted to the Bosch one for more reliability. Maybe others on the list may wish to comment.
