| I am coming to the final part of a rebuild of N902.The car was regd on 1st jan 1936 as nj7843 I have the chassis file and an archive copy of the origional regd in sussex.the car was raced a bit in the fifties and then seems to have been scrapped/deregistered .In 1959 the car was rebuilt with an austin healy engine/gearbox and the car was reregistered with a 1959 number My question is what is the best way of recovering the old lost number .The car has been rebuilt as it was in 1953 with the alloy Williams and Pritchard body [origional] N902 chassis late N engine/gearbox.The rest being as close as i can get to its 1953 status.The proper number would complete the picture cheers geoff godwin |
