This past autumn I saw a Riley Special at a show which had one of these quick release fuel filler caps.
This one looked like it had a bayonet fixing and not threaded to the neck of the tank.
My question is it looked like the right size for a MMM car but has anyone got one with the bayonet fitting that they can send me a picture of (the underside) or is there an adapter which fits on the neck ( without having to solder it on ) that is threaded to take the more common screw type fitting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
