The latest issue of the Classic Cars magazine is out today. It features Robin Hamblett's lovely swept wing J2 which receives a good write up.

The cover states "How the Midget J2 defined 1930s cars".

Good publicity for our cars!

I've just read the article & thought that it did the car justice, with nice photos. But "chain-driven cam", where did that one come from?

I think it was reference to the joinred up crank, dynamo and cam. Turn of phrase as it were. Great fun to do it mind.

The guys working on Classic Car magazine must be Wolsley guys. Around about 1932 Wolsley went over to chain drive for their camshafts instead of the vertical dynamo which MG persevered with.

I echo Robins comment about good fun, the same two journalists from Classic Cars have just completed a spread on my N902,driving at 20mph 4ft from a photographer hanging out of a car concentrates the senses a treat.Article to appear in a couple of months Geoff
