On American ebay( http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221044908400?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 ) J2304 was for sale. 2300+ views but no bids. The price does not seem too "off the wall" and to me, ignoring any shipping costs, and considering the new parts, this seems a reasonable buy.
Can anyone see something I can't ?

Looks an absolute gift.
This "claw back" price must just reflect the outlay on new parts he has paid for.
Another MMM mystery?
Ebay can be a strange marketplace. Something thats a dead duck gets reposted and does very well. Perhaps the potential buyers had their eyes on other cars too.
As a kid in a sweet shop, spoilt for choice.

If you go on E bay USA and look at the other "1932" cars, alongside this J2... It is virtually THE ONLY one not to be made into a hot rod!

I no longer have mine. Hugh Barnes (Orstin on this forum) is the proud new owner. But that's OK, I still have the TD, PB Airline Coupe, and the PA currently under restoration. That's more than enough for any sane person.
