I am after 2 'dash lighting switches' for my D's which are the same on J1's and F1/3's. 
Pictures show at the front of the dash is a threaded ring with a black bakelite pull/push button (page 239/240 Blowers) in the middle. To the rear it has 4 connectors and some wired resistance setup.
Anyone go a spare or know of equivelant Lucas components on the market?
