Found recently in a February 1936 issue of the Tatler..

Who and where?

The car is J2496 (Reg. No. LG9918) driven by Dan Walker. The Section is Mill Lane, at Prestbury near Cheltenham and possibly the event is the MGCC Cockshoot Trial held on the 29th September 1935.

This section is still a Byway Open to All Traffic so if you want to, you can go along there tomorrow in your pristine J, P or N and drive up it ! Be warned however that this Section is a lot rougher now than it was in 1935.
