Apologies to all subscribers for the delay in posting the October Bulletin. Unfortunately there has been some inconsistency in the spec of paper used by the printer which has added weight to the Bulletin and caused excessive postage costs. This has taken some time to sort out and the Bulletin should be mailed later this week.
In order to avoid excessive delays in the delivery of the December issue that might be caused by the Christmas post, I would be grateful if all contributors could let me have their submissions before 15th November so that the bulletin can be printed earlier than usual.
