Not MG MMM but after 7 years of searching for parts (and making a lot) we have now finally finished our Delahaye and it's off to the trimmers next week.

Ross,
Quite delightful! Well done.
Is it coming to Barley for the trimming?

I like the drip tray for the carbs.

The drip trays are a must as the inlet and exhaust ports are on the same side and the carbs are prone to flooding. One more investment before racing starts is a plumbed in fire extinguisher system!

Quite excellent . Now , are we to see you in VSCC Set 3 in the future ? Pembrey in August is an ideal Delahaye circuit ( ask John Polson ) and Snetterton in September is a must . Its good to see you are aware of the incendiary properties of the side-draught Solex carbs. By the way , what gearbox do you have - Cotal 85 , Delahaye or Hotchkiss ?

Fred we will try and get to Pembrey but really want to get a few miles underway before we race it so snetterton may be more realistic!
Yes the carbs are a bit of a hand full! Peter Golding has also had a set from us for his car, was this once one of your projects?

Yes, Ross , that was mine once . I cheated , and fitted SU carbs , but still was going to fit a plumbed-in fire system . But now I am very happy racing the J2 with the MMMs , will be touring in the F Magna , but still building the Hotchkiss 686 .
