If anyone has an old battered J2 front apron they would be prepared to lend me for a while I would like to have one or more made by a friend of mine who is a very skilled tin basher. If anyone is able to help or would like a new apron do please contact me at tinley@btinternet.com. Many thanks John Tinley

Be aware that there is a small difference in width between cycle wing and swept wing J2 front aprons.

Peter, many thanks for your kind offer. I had no idea that there were different types. Mine J2 is a swept wing car. Do you happen to know what your battered one is from? Many thanks John Tinley

Hi Peter, I'm still very keen to borrow your J2 front apron if you are coming up to Reading at some time soon? Do you have a number I could call you on? Is there anyone else needing a front apron for a swept wing J2? Cheers John Tinley |
