Odd size steel tubing

Would anybody have a clue where to get a small piece (approx. 0.4m) of steel tubing, o.d. 3.125" x 16 swg. (0.065") wall thickness?

Hi Adrian, Q-type oil tank filler neck. Can of course be made of sheet steel but was seamless originally.

3" & 3.5" commonly available, but not 3.125" so fabricating is your only realistic option...
