I'm looking for a pair of 18" x 2.5" wheels for my PA (with PB gearbox). I've recently fitted a taller back axle ratio, which is great for touring, but leaves me with an awkward gearing for one of the hillclimbs I do north of the border. It occurs to me that fitting smaller wheels, with the same width of tyre (4.00), would effectively give me slightly lower overall gearing.
Before anyone suggests it, I am not about to start changing the CW&P back and forward for each event !

I have a very good second hand pair all primed and ready for powder coating. These are surplus to my requirements. Drop me a line and in the meantime I will pull them out.
