Looking at it, a vast amount of work and a lot of expensive parts are needed if you think of it in terms of deducting that from its final resale value it really ought to be a pretty low figure.
I wish you great luck in aquiring it . I bought my first MG when I was 16 that is nearly 50 years ago and it a TC was nearly 20 years old then. You can of course be sure of a final worth measured by its condition when you finish it - so long term a good outcome.
