Does anyone have a useable gear lever that hasn't been welded up several times please?

No, but I guess it's the same as the P Type one, in which case Barry Walker did a batch of new ones. He may have some left.

The J/L lever is longer than the P/N.

But in period "sporty" types cut them down.
