Just spotted this photo in a Daily Paper. I am not sure about the Wolseley bit but it looks like a K1 to me. I wondered if it was known to the register

The car is K0324 - a real time warp car but still enjoyed! I have added the cutting to the file for the car.

There are photos of the car on the Register's web site under -Pictures - Members cars.

Ray, the car doesn't have a Register number, which may explain why it doesn't show up on the public website. Does anyone know how we could contact Mike Brockway? Thought to be in or near Bristol area.

After I saw the car at Shepton Mallet Show one year, I spoke to our esteemed K type Registrar and he knew the car and owner! All on the database!

Dick. I followed George’s instruction viz. go to Pictures ..... Members Cars but there was no picture of this car.
I also looked on the Database as Mike mentioned but l couldn’t find it on there either .
I entered the chassis number ,as asked for ,and something about changing the Country came up !.
Should there not be a picture of a car , whether on the Register or not , be shown ?.
Let’s face it , people who are not members of the Register or even members of the MG Car Club can access and use this website so to leave out a picture because the car is not on the Register seems unreasonable .

Thanks Ray,
Obviously we will have a look into this. It’s related to the way the database is configured and we will need specialist input to resolve.

If you look at another K1 on the database and then change end of the URL, at the top of the page, to KO324 it'll come up.

As here:- https://www.triple-mregister.com/cardetails_pub1.php?chassisno=K0324

Mark and Forum:

I do not claim to understand this one.
If when known; could you please explain this one.
In bottom feeder terms please.
All the best.

John - I have no idea as to why it isn't showing using the normal search method, I was merely showing a work around in order to view the details..

It was my first post (although I have been lurking for a while :)

Mike used to go to the Knowl Hill Steam events 10 + years ago, often in bare metal bodied Bristol! A great older car enthusiast and user!
I recall that this K1 has an exhaust silencer by-pass valve still in operation then - very noisy!
Good to see he is still going strongly.
Will contact you directly Dick.
