Photo from the 5th annual MG Diner/Dance in 1936. Would like to identify people in the photo. Is that William Morris next to Cecil Kimber?

Dennis,
if you could trace the lucky bidder of the eBay offer below, you could possibly identify the people on the photo.
But if it helps, I added the Table Plan in the Park Lane Hotel of Oct. 22nd 1936
edit: Your photo seems to show "Table A"

I would guess that Lord Nuffield is the gent sitting to our right of the lady who is sitting directly in front of the sign A in the middle of the picture and Kimber is 6th from the left and partly obscured, probably having moved their chairs to watch the proceedings.

Reading the guest list kindly provided by Gerhard, one could well be forgiven for contradicting the widely held belief in some circles that somehow MG cars were ‘the poor man’s sports car of the thirties ‘ !!

There are 22 names listed as seated at Table A, and as far as I can count 22 people shown in the photograph. The 'A' is presumably the table identifier.
Does that help with identifcaton?

I think it is Kenneth Evans in the last picture, Dennis in the first two pictures.
Looks more like a wedding occasion with the top hats. Wonder if it is Dennis’s wedding ?
