Hi TH,
the picture was taken in Silverstone (England) around June 21, 1980. The right J2 took an active part in the race. There is an exciting story about the J2 with license plate BL51000 from Norway J4293.
The source is from MG newspaper Humbug No. 31 Norway from February 1981.

C-Type C0276 with JO2286 on the left is from Colin Tieche.
However, the car already has some new owners.
