One can also mention the rack and pinion steering.
Unfortunately, the J2 was in poor condition and only around 25% of it was original (as of 1967). A complete restoration was necessary and the J2 was completely dismantled for the restoration in 1971. State of the J2693 1977/1978 disassembled. Current condition unknown.
At least the current condition is unknown to me. Can someone contribute? I am very interested in additions to the story.
