 Seeking information about a picture of an MG

Hi all,

I was sent this photo by one of our local members of his father with his J2 in 1957. Any information of this car much appreciated.

J2064. Not currently listed in the printed Register but had been allocated Register number 1689 at some point in its history. The car dates from September 1932 but interestingly has the strengthened windscreen with the additional side supports on the frame that didn’t appear until January 1933. But then anything could have happened to it in the 35 years before the picture was taken.
