For many years Sports and Vintage have had these, otherwise I think I'm right in saying Speedograph Richfield will do: https://www.speedograph-richfield.com/

I was recently after a new tach cable for NA0651. After finding the usual dealers haven't had any in over a year, I finally contacted Speedograph Richfield who gave me a part number and price but never answered my order placement. I finally found a fellow in Canada who was able to take my old broken cable and repair it. It came back quickly but wasn't quite right. However, I was able to modify it so that it now works.
But, in short, good luck getting Speedograph Richfield to actually build one. They are still probably your best shot.

Hi Peter, Barry Walker said that he has some cables on order, but has been waiting 6 months for the order, maybe he is using speedograph-richfield.

Hi Howard, Barry Walker said he does not use speedy cables, because I think the reason was that the cable armour does not bend very well.
