I have just received an obviously scam message, supposedly from Ray Masters.

Hi Chris. Certainly a scam. Some of my (our) other friends/ contacts have also received a message .
I have not contacted anybody on the Triple M forum recently so sorry if you have received a message , supposedly , from me. It’s a scam . Ray Masters
