Some email providers (btinternet is one) have decided that emails from the website are spam (despite everything I have tried) and are not forwarding them to you.
A good solution to this problem, which several members employ, is to set up a gmail account (it is free) and forward emails from that account to your personal email address. This ensures you do not have to keep checking a separate email account.
Once you have set up such an account (or already have one), you can change your registered email address by opening your profile (top right hand menu block) and change it there.
hotmail.com and live.com email addresses are also failing to deliver. If your provider is using an add-on called spamhaus, emails from this website will similarly fail to be delivered.
Allan I see you have a subscription to "Seeking information about a picture of an MG". Could this be the source of your "Spam"? If you cancel that subscription, those emails will stop. See my post on this forum "Help, I keep getting emails from the website" to learn how to set and cancel notifications of new posts. Nick
