Well done - it looks to have been pretty cold and wet.![](images/icon_smile_blush.gif)
The car sounded great and you have shown how well a Triple-M car can go.

Agreed, sound is very nice. The tyres seem to do their job very well. |

Yea, looks too cold and possibly icy for me ! When I bought my PA in 1958 it had a very nice plaque on the dashboard relating to the Gross Glockner High Road, and I have often wondered whether my little car was there for the opening of the road in August 1935. Or possibly a previous owner found it on a market stall in the Portobello Road at sometime ! Who knows.

Hi, I use a drift action cam. It has an external microphone with 2 meter of wire. I put the mic in a piece of cloth between the tank and the bodywork.......... just above the exhaust! .
Just discovered more nice sound from a youtube film made by a spectator at the start, go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82zfomWfIJE The Dutch MG contingent starts at 18 minutes and 05 secondes.
If you go to the official website of the event http://www.grossglockner-grandprix.de/ there are period movies. You see half way the 1935 movie a pointed tail MG racing by of the looks a Q type. At the event we received a reproduction of the 1935 booklet including the period starter list. No less than 4 746cc MG's started. Drivers: Walter Wustrow from Vienna; Bobby Kohlrausch from Munich; George Pohl from Czechia; and I am proud to say Dutchman Harry Herkuleyns from Amsterdam! Unfortunately the movie is not in color, I am sure otherwise we would have seen an orange Q ......

Yes, and Bobby Kohlrausch did not bad with his MAGIC MIDGET, as he made 4th best time in the total results, and that with only 750cc !! Gerhard
